DELIVERY
OMARA TRADING LLC, operating as DANIbyDK, will deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. Delivery charges, displayed in your local currency, will be clearly indicated during the checkout process. DANIbyDK processes orders from Saturday to Thursday, excluding Fridays and public holidays. If no one is available to accept the delivery, you will have the option to reschedule or receive information on how to collect your order from the courier. DANIbyDK offers the following shipping methods for all online purchases:

- Orders place before 4 pm Sunday to Thursday will be processed within 1-2 working day.
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 2-3 working days.

Cancellation
We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If your order has already been processed, such cancelation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information. For any assistance, feel free to contact our Customer Service team, who will be glad to help.
Return
If you are not completely satisfied with your DANIbyDK purchase, you may return the products within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned unused, with all DANIbyDK and designer tags (if applicable) still attached, and in the same condition as received. The products must be returned in their original outer and inner boxes, along with the original packaging and invoice. Returns will not be accepted if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with. Please refer to the section below for more information.
A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of pierced earrings (including sets with pierced earrings) due to hygiene reasons, even if the earrings have never been worn. Items purchased on sale or promotion are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Additionally, customized products cannot be replaced or returned.
Returns of defective items are limited to those with manufacturing defects not caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, modifications, attempted repairs, negligence, ordinary wear and tear, or failure to follow the product's Care Advice. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you. For products covered by warranty, damaged items can be replaced at our offline stores. If a replacement is unavailable, you may exchange the item for another product of equal value. If we receive a return outside of our return policy, we will send the item back to you.
To ensure a quick return process, please return all items from an order in a single shipment. We will cover the cost of returning the products only if you use the courier service provider selected through your Account on our Website.
We strive to offer a flexible return policy to enhance your online shopping experience. However, we reserve the right to refuse future orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.
