Yes. Every piece has a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover accidental damage or normal wear.
Most of our necklaces measure 38 to 46 cm (15 to 18 inches). Pendants are offered at 42, 44 and 46 cm (16, 17 and 18 inches). The length is listed on each product page.
Our necklaces are crafted in 925 sterling silver, finished either in rhodium (a bright white-gold look) or 14K yellow gold, with some designs combining both. Our lab-grown diamond necklaces are made in solid 18K white, yellow or rose gold.
Necklace lengths are shown on each product page, usually 38 to 46 cm (15 to 18 inches). If you need a different length, our design team can resize it for you.
Both. Fine pendants and simple lines are designed for everyday wear and layering, while chokers and multi-stone pieces are made for weddings, Eid and evening events.
Wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing, and clean it gently with mild soapy water or a gentle silver jewelry cleaner. Avoid perfume, lotions, chlorine, sea water and household chemicals, as they can dull the finish. Store each piece separately in a pouch or lined box, away from humidity. Our boutiques in Dubai, Riyadh and London also offer professional cleaning and polishing. Fasten the clasp before storing so the chain doesn't tangle.
