Yes. Our pendants come with a chain, in 42, 44 or 46 cm (16, 17 or 18 inches) as shown on each product page. If you need a different length, our design team can resize it for you.

Our pendants are crafted in 925 sterling silver, finished either in rhodium (a bright white-gold look) or 14K yellow gold, with some designs combining both. They are set with clear simulated diamonds, and some designs include created emeralds. Our lab-grown diamond pendants are made in solid 18K white or rose gold.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Orders placed before 4 PM, Sunday to Thursday, are usually processed within 1–2 working days, and you get tracking details once your order ships.

Wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing, and clean it gently with mild soapy water or a gentle silver jewelry cleaner. Avoid perfume, lotions, chlorine, sea water and household chemicals, as they can dull the finish. Store each piece separately in a pouch or lined box, away from humidity. Our boutiques in Dubai, Riyadh and London also offer professional cleaning and polishing.

Yes. Our pendants sit at 42 to 46 cm (16 to 18 inches), so they layer well with a shorter choker or a longer chain. Mix pendant shapes for a styled look, and fasten each necklace before storing so the chains don't tangle.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Pieces must be unworn and in perfect condition, with the original packaging, tags and invoice. Sale and promotional items are final sale, and customized pieces cannot be returned. Items with a manufacturing defect can be replaced or exchanged after inspection.
