Delivery

Your DANI by Daniel K pieces are delivered with care — ensuring a seamless experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.

Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout, with all delivery fees clearly displayed before purchase.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details to follow your delivery.

Orders are processed Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will assist in rescheduling at your convenience.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 working days
  • Orders placed before 4 PM (Sunday to Thursday) are typically processed within 1–2 working days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed within 2–3 working days
  • Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 5 PM (Sunday to Thursday)

 

 

Cancellation

Changed your mind? We’re here to help.

If your order has not yet been processed, we will gladly assist with a cancellation.
If your order has already been processed, our team will support you through the return process.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you receive.

If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn and in perfect condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

Important Notes

To ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene:

  • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Sale or promotional items are final sale
  • Customized pieces are non-returnable

Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees may apply depending on your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

 

 

Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of every DANI piece.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly assist with a replacement or exchange, subject to inspection.

 

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping is covered when using our approved courier service arranged through your account.
